30 Days. You may push it to 45 if needed, but I don't see that happening for most people. Combine this with a slight caloric defecit ( 500 should be good ) , and a decent workout routine.

Not intended to be a long term solution to anyone's issue. But this will get you looking much better a few days before you choose to expose yourself in public. I use this routine 1 to 3 times a year and I can easily drop 5+ % in body fat every single time in 30 days. During the year I usually hang out in the 14-15% bf range. I do this before the beach and I'm hitting the sand at 9-10%bf.

What;s your calorie deficit/weight during that month?

Thinking about picking up LX while its on sale. But not really sure if I need it. Plus I got a bottle of TTA sittin around ^^
