hard to tell if/how much teh low back is rounding w/ the belt.

I think there was some instance of it. Didn't look too bad, but rounding of the lower back isn't desired at all.

Agreed on this, but his low back looks fine. Some upper back rounding is ok, Kind of hard to see cause I am wearing a sweatshirt but you can see my upper back rounds slightly in this video.

Yep yep, upper back rounding is quite alright and is almost always an occurrence.

I wasn't srue if his low back was rounding or not, due to the belt being on. Video w/o belt would be optimal, but either way, it didn't seem bad, if it was there.

It looks like you are rounding just a bit as the reps progress. My unexpert guess as to why besides fatigue is that you are feeling the rythym and not resetting and tightening up in between reps. Pretty solid lift still...

Thanks for the help guys. I had been trying to get 315 for awhile and finally just did it, without straps too!

And yes I was extremely tired even before the workout, last 3 days I spent 9+ hours doing manual labor in the sun. Good to know my form is good to go though

Hard to see exactly, but looks like you are using mixed grip. Appears that you seem to be "pulling" with you biceps, which puts a lot of undue stress on the bicep. I would try to make sure you keep your arms locked so that the tension stays on the larger and much strong back muscles. Like I said, was hard to tell exactly if thats what you were doing or not. Other than that, nice form and nice tempo. Think some people think they are called dead bounces and not dead lifts.

For the most part your form is pretty good. My only beef is with the bouncing. You want to pause and reset at the bottom. This keeps you from cheating by taking advantage of the momentum of the weight, but more importantly, it allows you to be absolutely sure that your back is straight before you start your next pull.

It looked like you were starting to get tired after the first few reps and weren't keeping your back straight on the negative. Then, since you aren't pausing between reps you were necessarily starting the next rep with a slightly rounded back which you would want to avoid. I think if you slowed down it would help.

Thanks! I'll try to slow it down and not bounce as much next time, it's just once I get the weight going it's hard for me to stop and reset
