I buy Perrier mineral water in glass bottles, lime flavor. 0 carbs 0 protein 0 fat, but you get a semi-sweet taste from the natural lime flavor, with, get this, no artificial sweeteners.
You get that bite that you get from regular carbonated beverages that goes so good with meals, a delicious lime flavor, but no carbs or artificial sweeteners.
Is there any reason not to drink boatloads of this stuff? Keto or not? I guess carbonation is the only concern? Which doesn't really effect keto.
PS, I am not a Perrier rep lol, I just think its a great beverage to change things up with a meal.

Maybe.. Does a 6.6k Neg sound serious to you?
JK, lol, seriously what do you think about mineral water on keto? Any reason to not drink it? SRS
Do I need to add a fcuking serious tag ITT? Lol, its not the misc. But judging by that "Huge bomb dropped on Keto" thread, we have just as many trolls here..."I'd rather be judged by 12 than be out my watch and wallet"

Hmm, I wasn't sure this was an actual serious thread given the content, but ok...
Baseline is that it is water. It's fine if you want to spend the money on it, but don't get any ideas that it's better than any other source of clean water and/or flavorings.
Also, if it weren't for flavored water, coffee and tea, I'd end up killing someone during a cut. They are literally lifesavers."Arterial plaque is primarily composed of unsaturated fats particularly polyunsaturated ones." (Felton, C V, et al, Lancet, 1994, 344:1195)

I buy store branded sparkling water. It's the same thing I think, just artificially flavored carbonated water. Truth is, it's just water, but I guess aspertame and some other artifical sweeteners can knock certain people out of ketosis, whether that's true or not I can't say for sure.
I think I would go crazy without carbonated drinks. o_O
edit - I can't read apparently. No artificial sweeteners? I may have to find this stuff...= Misc Anxiety Crew =

This was a triumph. I'm making a note here, "huge success!"
It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.
