Matt Bogus
Lame Norstums
Cell Tech Betcha
All these cats claiming natty and giving me false hope.

Otherwise i dont see much of an option

truth for the OP
its possible to have a INCREDIBLE natural physique. however my definition of natural is hasnt used in years
1) its proven that steroid gains dont all go away after you stop use.
2) muscle memory is also real. its real every BB'er will attest for it. science has shown that muscle nuclei do not disappear when muscles shrink and those nuclei make re-building the muscle much easier. kevin levrone got alot smaller then started training again years ago and reached 400+lbs benchpress pretty quickly and he was completely natural during his re-training (he swears by it. i believe him since he really had no reason to juice he wasnt competing he just wanted to make more workout vids to sell protein shakes)
given the above 2 points, this means if you reach your natural limit (id say 300lbs bench is natural limit for most people) then lightly take tech to push past your natural limits and obtain say a 450lbs bench, then stop taking the tech, due to muscle memory you can probably keep a 400lbs bench with no tech at all all the way till your 50 years old as long as you keep maintaining your muscle
so IMO legit natty BB'ing is stupid. take a little tech, push past your genetic limits, then maintain as much as you can. that imo is the best kind of "natural"

Honestly Hodgetwins I would say are natty. If they have been lifting for 5+ years and have had their diet in check, there is not reason why they can't be the size they are. When they were next to Kali muscle he made them look like children. I personally think they are natty. Kali isn't lol. I can't think of legit nattys because our perception is so skewed. look around misc for shredded people and look at their stats and decide if they are natty.
I have CF(genetic disease) hence my super small size.

This is at typical physique of a lifetime Natty with average genetics imo. I have my doubts about pretty much everyone else posted on this page.***70's Diet Crew***

The day you started lifting is the day you became forever small, because you will never be as big as you want to be.
