i lift fasted just on sat since i do it earlier then eat a large lunch to break fast. i am doing IF too but def like having one meal preWO. ive only been on IF again like 3 weeks but def start running outta steam towards end and my log book is telling me i suffer a bit but only a rep here and there mostly.
so my Bfast would really be lunch but a preWO meal i love cup egg whites, scoop choc whey and 1/2 c egg whites. delish. maybe a tbsp pbUsed to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

Exactly, each to their own.
I think IF is the best thing I've every found.
I feel great in the morning, not hungry, feel light and focused better than when I used to eat. I'm actually much more productive now.
I like to save the bulk of calories for between 6-8pm. I feel stuffed all night and still under 1600 cals a day!!

LOL, I've lost 128 lbs in 10 months eating oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. You mad?
LOL, bro-science is strong with this one. I don't eat 16 hours a day. My metabolism hasn't crashed.
Two things you need to understand.
1. Meal timing is not important
2. You can eat basically anything and lose weight as long as you eat at a caloric deficit and fit whatever you like into your daily macros.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Things high in fiber is always a good option - keeps you full longer, and keeps the system moving things.

My typical breakfast is
1/2 cup overnight proats. Made with 1 scoop of XF UP2.0 Cinnamon roll and
a cup of almond milk.
Then in the morning a cup of Kashi Go Lean Crisp cereal on top for a nice
crunch to my oats. I get a great balance of carbs, fat and protein. This morning
breakfast is essential for me because its hard for me to eat a fuller lunch and I can hit my daily macro everyday with this. Plus overnight proats with UP2.0 Cinnamon roll is king.~Komodo Nutraceuticals~
Protein you say?

Egg muffins are like little on the go omlets - microwave and go -- you can put in them pretty much what you want and they will cook as a muffin (as long as what you put in them aren't watery type things).

You can pretty much start experimenting by adding veggies for some carbs in them, meat for more protein etc.
For those who do oatmeal and such, i think you can do what someone suggested and grind up the oatmeal and add it to the muffin mixture.
Just a thought, changingSorry had to leave online for a while to deal with some personal issues.
Hopefully i will be back.

Hahaha at your post, oh my.
What makes you think this "tank" is even close to being empty? Your entire body is in a sense a fuel source, you'll use up muscle and fat until you die.
Regular small meals are for regular small women IMO I like to eat like a man. Like a Man Vs. Food kind of man.
You don't say
X2 a lot of bads spreading the bad.
New doesn't even scratch the surface."Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
