    how long does it take for creatine to start working

    title. How long after I start taking it cause me to have more energy, increased volume, reduction of lactic acid build up, and increased protein synthesis? 1 wk? 1 month?

    Well I can't speak for the community At large but I felt an increase in strength within the first two weeks, you're on mono I assume?

    wut, creatine only increases the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
    ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism.

    In other words, it makes you push out 1 or 2 extra rep.
