    Every morning is either 5 whites/1whole + 1 pack of oatmeal OR 2 PB toast and grapefruit juice

    Every Lunch is a Lean Cuisine meal (300ish calories)(changing to precooked meals from home soon) + low fat yogurt or a bananna or something

    Dinner is usually chicken breast + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup broccoli (dinner varies a lot though but this is what I shoot for)


    I'm loving my results so far in this eating plan and my workout schedule, seeing an incredible recomp of my body and even losing a few pounds, so I am hoping it's just a matter of adding fiber caps to my day and get an extra 3 grams of fiber or so because of my huge boost in protein compared to what I was getting...

    On a side note: Is it ok to add recreate to my stack..like with my early AM shake and with my Post workout shakes (both shakes come 30 mins-1 hour before a meal). Was thinking of just taking 1 recreate twice a day.

    the best test...is the blood bright or light red? If so it is from an external source aka I guaranttee a small hemorroid which is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY common in people who exercise intensely.

    If it is dark, almost black blood I'd get checked out by a doctor it woudl suggest it's from more of an internal source.

    thanks man! Just keep in mind that lighter/bright blood isn't fun to see but it is an indication of the bleeding coming from the outside from like a hemorroid or small leision around the anus.

    If the blood is a light red its fresh and most likely the result of hemorrhoids. If its a dark color then its likely originating from the colon or intestine in which case it could be much more serious, i.e. colon cancer.

    A combination of CLA and Fish Oil sometimes gives me bleeding, but more often just INTENSE burning. I don't know much on this subject, but all I can say is try medicated wipes. feelsgoodman.jpg (srs)

    Every Lunch is a Lean Cuisine meal (300ish calories)(changing to precooked meals from home soon) + low fat yogurt or a bananna or something

    Dinner is usually chicken breast + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup broccoli (dinner varies a lot though but this is what I shoot for)


    I'm loving my results so far in this eating plan and my workout schedule, seeing an incredible recomp of my body and even losing a few pounds, so I am hoping it's just a matter of adding fiber caps to my day and get an extra 3 grams of fiber or so because of my huge boost in protein compared to what I was getting...

    On a side note: Is it ok to add recreate to my stack..like with my early AM shake and with my Post workout shakes (both shakes come 30 mins-1 hour before a meal). Was thinking of just taking 1 recreate twice a day.

    I suffered the same problem for nearly 3 years and it had me really worried!!! Because me mother died of colon cancer! At first the bleeding was mild and I thought it to be hemorrhoids. But the bleeding increased though it was never painful at all. The blood was never in my stool but always afterwards when I wanted to wipe. I went to the doctor and they treated me for hemorrhoids, when that did not help for an ulcer! After the colonoscopy the doctor was not any wiser and wanted to refer me to a specialist!

    But in the meantime I carefully investigated my whole daily program, food in take, everything and I started eliminating the things I thought that cab be the cause! Very lucky for me I found the cause and is living a healthy normal Bodybuilding life again without anal bleeding.

    The cause: Supplements!!! Especially Whey protein! Any supplement with creatine, glutamine caused it as well.
    Today I only take soy protein and egg protein from Pro-10 Laboratories, you can make the best protein smoothies ever!
    If you d take a pre workout drink, do not mix it strong but mild and sip it during your workout and you will still have a very
    good pump! (I use Nerocore pre workout and I only take half the prescribed dosage)
    Do not take any oral steroids as well!
    AND Please!!! Do not lift heavy!! Especially heavy squads and dead lifts!!! I found that the bleeding was helped and much
    worse if I did! Concentrate on good form and intensity.

    The bleeding is caused by irritation of the lining of the intestines! I specially registered to share this because I know how worried I was and how it degraded my life quality and bodybuilding quality! Its being nearly six months now and no bleeding and much better gains!!! I truly believe that this info is gonna help everybody else who has the same problem, who knows it is not hemorrhoids or tears or lactose intolerance. If you stop with the supplements your bleeding should stop after about a week! Hope you have incredible pumps! Be blessed!!

    See a doctor to properly diagnose the issue. Could be as simple as BHT (butthole tear due to rocky turds and/or anal strain). Could be colitis. Could be cancer. Shoot...it could be an alien butt propbe implant....what do I know, I'm an internet broscientist.
