It's not in my stool, sometimes I'll even sit on the toilet and not poop anything and whipe and there will be a little blood, Also I've noticed since I went on a 1800ish calorie a day diet and started on these supplements I have not been doing the #2 as much as I think I should at all(I thought it was maybe because I was eating so much less.) So maybe its just happening because I jumped up in protein and am losing fiber in my diet because I'm cutting so much calories and not paying attention to fiber???
Supplements I take everyday:
Green Tea Extract
Cayenne Pepper Fruit
GNC Sport MegaMen vitas
L-Carnitine and Jack3d (pre workout)
ON Whey (1 scoop in the AM and 2 scoops post workout)
Every morning is either 5 whites/1whole + 1 pack of oatmeal OR 2 PB toast and grapefruit juice
Every Lunch is a Lean Cuisine meal (300ish calories)(changing to precooked meals from home soon) + low fat yogurt or a bananna or something
Dinner is usually chicken breast + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup broccoli (dinner varies a lot though but this is what I shoot for)
I'm loving my results so far in this eating plan and my workout schedule, seeing an incredible recomp of my body and even losing a few pounds, so I am hoping it's just a matter of adding fiber caps to my day and get an extra 3 grams of fiber or so because of my huge boost in protein compared to what I was getting...
On a side note: Is it ok to add recreate to my stack..like with my early AM shake and with my Post workout shakes (both shakes come 30 mins-1 hour before a meal). Was thinking of just taking 1 recreate twice a day.
