Another question. I got my blood pressure tested by one of those machines and it said I was 143/65. For one, that would probably be too high to run ec safely, correct? Also, it said on it that it's made for arms between 9 and 13 inches. Mine are at about 14.5 inches. Could that skew the results?

Anyone know what's a cheap good drink for caffeine? Stomach can't stomach the pills. I hate the taste of coffee. Redbull, etc are pretty expensive.

So i took EC for 2 weeks and now I've almost been off of it for a week but yet i still feel high energy levels throughout the day and get a higher heart rate while doing low intensity cardio than before i went on EC. Is this normal? Within the next few days i plan on going on EC again.. do you think this is ok?

Call stores in the other towns/cities around yours to ask. If I drive 30 minutes to one particular city, ephedrine containing products are illegal because meth production was huge for awhile, but they're legal in my town and the other neighboring towns and cities.

depends...if you are going to get hammered out anywhere near that probably avoid taking the dose. I've drank with taking it before and ended up blacking out from only a few drinks (~5) -_-;

if you are going to moderately drink you will probably be okay but watch your intake, stay away from caffeinated drinks and monitor your heart. Its never a good idea to mix Stims with depressants

if you know you're going to drink that day i'd just skip the EC for that day all together. first time i spent all day hydrating and it really didn't make a difference, i still got wasted and had a devastating hangover the next day until i went to bed.

it's really not healthy to mix the two anyway, no sense in giving it a go really. was a stupid idea on my part the first time.

Since Ephed. is a drug it will need to be filtered out of your blood, so yeah ... I'm pretty sure it will work your liver ... I would get a second opinion though since I'm no doctor haha.

Shouldn't be a problem if its at least 5 hours after you took ec, since the effects are like over a 4 hour bell curve.
Mixing it at the same time is definitely a bad idea though, its a recipe for blacking out. Upper+Downer

hopped off for a week or 2 after 3-4 just because one day I over did it exercising and was pretty hot and heart felt like it was gonna pop (srs) and discomfort in chest for a few days. switched back to OEP since I had some left over but contemplating going back on EC after thats done... All i gotta say is def be safe when your hitting 3x a day with potassium, exposure to heat, and tooo much in one workout.

so went about 20 days on it and i went from being 208 to 201.... not bad it really helps for hunger suppresion at least for me..got off it today for blood drive and i miss it.. them there headaches and food cravings... will start back up soon so i can finally be under 200...

After being on it for about 2 weeks I can really feel the hunger supression. At first it wasn't really doing much, but now I think it's built up and really working (if that makes sense). Not really noticing much weight loss, but Ive been tracking and eating less calories under maintenance since Ive been on it.

holy chit im only on my 3rd day so nowhere near full dosage and its already affecting me pretty hard.

couldn't sleep at all last night so stayed up until finally nodding off at 8 am. woke up at 1pm and had my first dose of the day, 2nd dose at 5pm and didnt even think about food in between.

it comes to 9pm and i finally decide to eat something (by this point haven't eaten in >24 hours) so i cook some sausages. i could only eat 3 of them (srs) of them and they were fukn small. feeling fukn full despite the fact i could usually eat the whole pack + some bacon and eggs.

anyone have any ideas why im so responsive to this stuff? is it a placebo effect? is it that ive never drank a cup of coffee before in my life (srs) and tended to avoid caffeine before?

I take it an hour before running. Just wear a heartrate monitor and keep your heartrate 220-your age max.
