ITT: we're on EC stack

Hey brahs,

I jumped off EC because I caught a flu the last week and now only have 6 caplets of Bronkaid left. How should I use it to maximize effect for the remainder? 1e/1c full dosage an hour before exercise maybe? Or will it have little to no effect now?

Dunno if I should make it 6 days of 1e/c or 3 days of 2e/c.

Yeah that first week or so gets you pretty excited when you see the weight plummet. How long are you planning to cut for? I guess I'm weighing in a couple times per week to monitor my rate of weight loss... don't want it too quick but don't want to stall for too long (unless I keep getting leaner of course), so I can tweak the diet as needed. First time cutting too so I'm like a kid in a candy store... lol.

I'm probably planning on finishing a 6 week cycle, unless I get my results first. I'm only taking 1e/1c when I wake up, and 1e/1c once I finish my lunch. 3 doses is way too much for me.

Starting this tomorrow morning. Went to Walgreens and asked the pharmacist for Bronkaid.. he knew what was up (lol). Also picked up some avocados and bananas for potassium. Will do one dose of 25e/200c an hour before some low intensity cardio to see how it goes.

thanks man, repped! Yeah, I'm on levothyroxine right now too, and my T3 is usually within range but my T4 is high. Don't think that makes much of a diff though. I'm assuming you're taking meds though right?

I am new to this guys been doing 1 dose in the morning to start off. Will having a coke zero (<70 mg caffeine) in between doses hinder the EC's effect at all? My dosage is a 25mg ephedrine/ 200mg caffeine pill

i dont see why not.. starbucks and dunkin donuts 16oz has about 200-250mg of caffeine though so be careful

I do, for some reason taking C pills just kills my stomach now. Coffee doesn't though.

Is it normal for EC to effect your mood? Today was my first time ever taking EC (only took 0.5E and 0.5C, one dose as prescribed in the Hotnfit link). I've been pretty down about a relationship issue, but I took the EC dose pre-workout and literally could not stop smiling in the gym ... I was so damn happy. It was crazy, it felt amazing but was so unexpected. If it does this everyday I might never come off (not srs)(semi-srs). This to be expected?

Dammit. Looks like the FDA got involved with Washington state. Used to be able to buy 2 boxes per month of Bronkaid.. now can only buy 1. If I buy it online it's twice the price that you pay for @ Walgreens. **** shouldn't cost more than $13 per box. =\


I hate being one of "those" people... but can someone shoot me a hint to a legit site? Or am are the legit sites really selling Ephedrine @ $24+ a box? I tried ordering from gorillaja.. you know the rest if you're aware, but apparently they won't deliver to U.S. or simply to my state (Oregon).

i went through gorillaja.... and got my order in about 11 days (california) no problems at all ... bought 150 pills for about 25 bucks including shipping...

I got a CC error, then a friend of mine explained that it's not a problem with the credit card, rather they don't accept purchases from certain states or United States.. something like that. I'm not sure if I need a prescription or not but obviously they ship to the US ... i have read of people going to get bronkaid in cali and just telling their pharmacist that they have cough or whatever and getting it no problem.

If you don't want chest pains I suggest you consume a good amount of potassium.

Meh I eat 1 banana each day with my first meal for potassium + whatever potassium I get from other foods. Just keep water intake no less than 1 gallon. On gym days I easily go through 2 gallons of water in a day.

anyone know where to get primatine or any other ephedra online? our locals wallgreens makes us have a prescription for it now (da ****) and another local pharmacy i been getting it at is out of stock and have no idea when they are going to be getting some back in.
