prescription/doctor's note needed? besides online and a random hole-in-the wall health store, I can barely find ephedrine alkaloids/caffiene let alone straight up bronkaid

tried ec stack after reading this thread. energetic as hell. god damn i cant believe how much more focused / alert i feel. had my best day at the gym in months. its like the difference between night and day... 10/10 would do again

3. A deficit is a dficit regardless if your shooting heroine or reading peoples minds. You want to be at a deficit. No deficit = no weight/fat loss. EC kills your hunger and gives u some sort of energy boost but that's it. It isn't a magic pill that burns fat for you.

I'd definately recommend it. Its great for appetite control. But what's ur BF% to begin with? If your bulk is not going to put u over 12%(as some ppl like) then bulk, but if u are at the 17%-20% range than def cut.

that feeling of excessive energy actually left me after 2 days of starting my EC stack. now I feel like a blind fold was lifted off my brains eye and I can compile things in my brain that I missed before. I guess its more so the focus is allowing me to connect dots I over looked before, but I like it.

First day on my EC stack. Finally got it in the mail. Holy ****, is this what its like to smoke crack? lol. brb. cleaned my room, my bathroom, my weight room, my car, rearranged my room, went for a 3 mile run in the rain, leveled up on runescape for 3 hours, all in like 7 hours. what the hell.
