1MR has nothing in its formula which increases 'pump'...
All you're feeling is the 'kick in the ass' stim effect from 1,3 dimeth + 300mg of caffeine...

As others have mentioned, SNS Agmatine (standalone pumps), Ultima/Pump-Bol combo for clean endurance/strength/pumps

    OP is 16.

    WTF is this sh!t.

Don't bother with supplements that promote a pump at your age man, stick to a good diet and lift heavy. That's all you need right now. 16, you should have raging hormones. Something better than any "pump" product

Extra pump you say? 40-60 grams of carbs + water

edit: unless of course, you're just very curious on the subject

C4 isn't stim free: not only does it have Caffeine... It has 1,3-dimeth. That's the opposite of stim free =D

EDIT: Well I just realized this isn't a stim free thread.

But I would stack Pump-Bol with a similar stimulant, non-pump product if you wanted the best of all worlds. Animal Rage seems to be a great stack with Pump-Bol, but I'm still researching the overlaps.

Hah, no flaming here, I've just had the runs every time I've taken N.O.Explode (probably the magnesium in it). Like I tell everyone: you have to find your own way.

Trying some Yok3d now, was a little skeptical, but once I got the timing right, got some pretty good pumps off of it....although why a 16 year old is worried about pump products is beyond me....

Citrulline Malate and GlycerGrow. Arginine does nothing for me. I have small veins and even the most acclaimed preworkout doesn't give me much of a pump. But I can see the veins in my arms and shoulders when I take 6g C.M. and 3 scoops of Glycergrow. Even doing compound lifts I get a crazy arm pump. I did 1-2 sets of arm curls once after my routine just to see what it would feel like, and it felt like my arms were going to burst. I could hardly bend my arms across my chest afterward.
    Cool.
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

so.....there pwo supplement and "pump" supplement are usually 2 different things? I always thought that no explode, jack3d, c4 extreme etc worked as pwo stimulant and gave improved "pump"

I thought Plasmatic EP worked really well strictly for pumps.

I'm currently using SuperPump250 and a trial of SuperPump Max... I like it alot. Takes longer to hit me than some pre-workouts...

I'm looking forward to trying C4

Anything with a bunch of caffeine gives me a pump. I keep hearing about Agmatine....may have to break down and try some.

I tried muscle prime, 1mr, animal rage, super pump and supercharge..... honestly labrada supercharge gave me the best pump. I planning on trying assault soon. BTW animal rage is the worst thing ever, just over priced caffine powder..
