Depends on what you define that as. I took a muscle relaxer and a pain killer (back problem) before so I was pretty relaxed needless to say lol. Walked out feeling like 100 bucks.Originally Posted by Chunkithunder

Did it just feel like rubbing or could you tell they had special techniques they were using for something like trigger point therapy?

Trigger points and **** along with rubbing. She went after the points where I had pain that's the only part that sucked. Hell if I didn't take pain killers before I probably would have chewed right through the little face pad thing.Originally Posted by BitterBlossom

Going to see a pain doc tomorrow though...yay for spinal injections! Oh well I just want to get back lifting heavy with my back again for now I am only aloud to do light stuff so ive been doing high rep low weight at least for my back >:/
