Nice start - I am looking forward to seeing what you guys do in here and hopefully getting some motivation for my own cut. Will did a fantastic job on his lately.

Thanks brother! Whenever he "one-ups" me, I'll simply destroy whatever he does real quick, and then go back to what I was doing

Will did do a great job, and he better continue doing great things in here!

Hey guys. I've been hard at it since 4 AM, but just got my back workout completed. I'm going to wait until the morning to post it up. Going to spend a little time w/ the wife now....well as soon as she gets home.

I received my Gluta-Tren today and the wild berry is absolutely great.

Pritch....I want you to know I haven't had a cup of coffee today since before noon. Three total cups today and no Beta-Cret....time to cut down on the caffeine.

    She's home. Good timing.

A step backwards is better than a setback.

If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Let's give this "less coffee" thing a couple months and see what happens. I'm hoping nothing so I can go back to drinking my 4-6cups a day

I had 1 8oz cup today, and that was this morning. If you've been at it all day and managed to hold off, job well done my friend!!

Looking forward to that back workout. How many scoops of the Gluta-tren did you take?

did you guys release the profile for gluta tren yet? I found a sample of it when I was cleaning out my apartment a few days ago and tried during my upper back day. The orange literally was the best tasting intra Ive ever had. Was pretty upset when I finished it . . .

edit: well you haven't . . . but the flavor was still amazing

double edit: found it: L-Glutamine, L-Taurine, Beta Alanine, L-Tyrosine, L-Luecine, Creatinol O Phosphate, L-Isoleucine,L-Valine, and Actigin.

Dining halls in college are the worst, never ending refills of your favorite form of caffeine. Using the dining halls as a library to do work has forced me to take caffeine breaks in the past. I love the focus, but 5 refills later and its gonna be a long night.

We should .... hmmm, should be there .... glad you found it!
    Welcome to the log!

FYI I like taking the Gluta-tren with the Con-cret as the beta alanine and creatine complement one another in order to more quickly absorb the other aminoes ...

I wish'd my dining hall was open that late. I had a library with stale coffee that was only open until 11pm. I guess that forced me to get my work done early though

With the 3 scoops of con-cret it worked really well for me. I didn't have the tingles as bad as I did yesterday, but then again it was leg day ... probably didn't notice

Before I post my back/ab workout from yesterday a little history for those who are new.

It may come as a great surprise, but I've always been small. I have played around w/ wts most of my adult life. I would usually lift about 6 months and then take off 5 years with no knowledge of what I was doing. Finally, somewhere around age 40, I became consistant working out. However, I have not been consistant on setting a real goal and sticking with the program. I have a history of joint issues, even before lifting. So, I really need to stay alert for any problems.

I am married to Shelia... almost 23 years, no kids, 1 Chocl lab Misty. I have worked for the Ky Dept of Fish & Wildlife for almost 26 years now. I love hunting, fishing (anything outdoors), and Kentucky Wildcats Basketball.

My goals for the next 2 & 1/2 wks are simple....lose as much of this lingering fat around my waist as possible.

After that, I'm still up in the air. Part of my decision will be based on how I look after this cut is complete. No pics of me for now, but should have some up at the end of the cut.

I have been a rep for Promera and Con-Cret since Oct. and........

    My current log

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158720023&p=1173746753&posted=1#post1173746753

A step backwards is better than a setback.

If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

    Wednesday's Lats -n- Abs

    THE BASEMENT GYM

    SUPPLEMENTS

3 capsules of CON-CRET on the drive home yesterday
1 scoop of Wild Berry Gluta-Tren...... Taste =

    CHINS

    10,10,10,10

These were done very slow w/ a pause & stretch at the bottom

    DB ROWS

    4 x 98# x 10

You'll see some odd wts when I lift at home w/ my standard plates/bars

Here is a vid of me doing the 100#'s at my reg. gym from a few months ago.

    SUPER SET

    AB CRUNCHES

    5 x 30

    LAT PULLDOWNS

    5 x 60# x 10

These were done SLOW w/ squeeze at the bottom

Not too bad considering the long day. The low carbs/cals are really hitting me hard now. Minor carb up day prior to legs this afternoon.

*Note: The Wild Berry Gluta-Tren taste was amazing. I mixed it w/ 6 oz of H2O and it had a little zing, which I love. But, sipping LOL , I can't do that. Today I will mix it with more water just to make it last longer.

No Beta-Cret taken since I lifted late. I wonder what Con-Cret, Beta-Cret, Gluta-Tren will do stacked togehter? No better day to find out than heavy leg day.

Woolegend ... didn't you get some?

Stormie ... great workout and introduction! Looking forward to seein' those abs - I'm trying to get some poppin' myself!

I really like the Con-cret and Gluta-tren combo, and will also be interested to see how you like the Beta-cret with them. I'm staying away from the Beta-cret for now, until I can go a day without coffee
