LOL. I see. I will have to redo that video this year with the same compression shirt to show what 25 to 30 pounds of muscle will look like on someone! If you watch my latest Turkey hunt with the Under Armour Compression shirt you can really tell a difference in the 4 months. I hope you liked my de-boning method.

Thanks breh
I'll get some up this week. I like the Smith Machine because I normally don't have a partner and I can go heavy with it and bail at any point if I need to Every now and then I like to use DB's and will switch between the two. The benches that we have for regular BB incline always seem like they're too low and I feel like my butt is on the floor. I just don't like the way they're made I guess ...Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Yeah man, I really like those as well. I guess they work the upper part of the tricep and add to the full, rounded look. It definitely seems to be making the difference for me.
Thanks breh! I'm sure you don't have too much to do, but whatever motivation I can provide I'm happy to do so!

Everything went fine with my MIL's surgery.
I got Shelia and her mom settled in at the Docs and went to the Mall for a bit and then off to the gym....Lexington Athletic Club.
DEADS, BIS, CALVES
Pre Workout Supps
4 CON-CRET caps 1 hr prior
1 scoop pineapple BETA-CRET 20 min prior
1 scoop Wild Berry GLUTA-TREN on the way to the gym and the first part of the workout
I had planned on a long, epic workout since the last time my MIL had this surgery I had about 4 hrs to spare. Not so lucky this time.
DEADS
135# x 5
175# x 4
225# x 3
275# x 1
315# x 5
315# x 5...Got a call from Shelia here saying they already had her Mother in surgery. There goes my long workout
315# x 5...with a 20 sec. "hold" after the last rep.
Vid of first set of 315#....enjoy
Limited on time waiting for Shelia's call so did this til she called......
SUPER SET
DRAG CURLS
6 x 45# x 13
CYBEX VR3 STANDING CALF RAISES
6 x 130# x 15
Post Workout Supps Red Lobster
Should have moved the shrimp off the steak, but you get the idea. Since I'm cutting I only ate one cheddar biscuit.
To "pay" for that I deleted one meal yesterday and when I made it home..............
36 min LMIIT (Little More Intense Interval Training) 2 min punching/1 min pacing. The last round I went pretty hard for 3 min. Here is a phrase I never thought I would use again, the last 15 min or so, I "caught my 2nd wind".
Treadmill for me in a bit......go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.............................Last edited by storm1507; 06-07-2011 at 06:18 AM.

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Everything went great, not even a flat tire....this time. Thanks.
LOL at your first comment to me about the vid w/ animals....you didn't know who you were dealing with. I noticed the difference. I have a pic or two with those shrits on too....
Excellent stuff pritch. Are you following a routine right now?
Great to see you MG. I hope to get time after lunch (and getting some work done) to catch up w/ the OV35 crowd. Not getting the time to keep up all of you is the only thing negative about repping for Promera. I got alot of "honey do cardio" done this morning in record time.
Edit: I'm making mental notes of all that is being said......as soon as my diet/low carb/vacation is over..............................
IT'S ON!!!!

Random Thoughts
-- Got a good workout in today. The Leg Extensions and Thigh Abductor surprised me at how many reps I did. I'll probably do those heavier next time
-- I used the regular Leg Press machine, and there is a big difference between the sled and the HS machine!
