Oh yeah, I think I figured out to CAPITALIZE all the first word and it comes up first in searches.
I just felt him up and he's packing some meat.
Thanks man. I'm liking the gluta-tren. Taste is great. The second time (in pic) I mixed it with more water so I wouldn't gulp it down all at once.
Thanks Ken. I gradually making my back patio the "Wildcat Den". I just picked up a couple of UK ice buckets that I will use to plant flowers in.
Thanks. Here at home I tend to "bail out" when heavy cuz I'm afraid I'll miss my spotter arms if I fail.
Cux 3 is better than 2. 4 is better than 3. I have taken as high as 5. PR's usually fall on those days.

Funny, I almost did the diamond pushups, but did the band push downs instead.
Thanks. Mine tasted pretty good.
Just got back for some NVIIT (Not Very Intense Interval Training) on the heavy bag.
35 min's of 1 min punching/1 min pacing.
Pre workout I mixed a scoop of pineapple Con-Cret w/ a scoop of Wild Berry Gluta-Tren.................WINNER! Even Shelia liked it....said it tasted like Kool Aid.My current log

Today I had the most intense workout EVER:
5 hotdogs, 2 sleeves of double-stuffed oreos, a box of Mike N Ikes, wings, pizza, and mac n cheese with a little white wine to wash it down ...
Oh yeah, and a large icecream cone - but I walked there to get it and back ...Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Pastors can have a mean streak too. I have a meeting/dinner after church today and I'm trying to figure out a way to get out of eating. BTW, officially weigh less than I have in 2 years now. 2 weeks left and I mean business.
Since there has been alot of discussion about coffee/caffeine lately here is a link you all might want to check out.

Had a great day today. And, I stuck w/ my diet pretty well. Can you say......MEAT?
Tomorrow Shelia and I have to take her mother to Lexington for cataract surgery. I will deadlift etc. at a gym up there and then visit Red Lobster. Hmmmmm, I'm starting to figure out why I have difficulty cutting down to see abs. It may not have anything to do with my age afterall.
I'll get the workout posted either tomorrow night or Tues. morning.Last edited by storm1507; 06-06-2011 at 02:49 AM.

Are you taking Glutatren pre-workout? I personally LOVE the tingles. I'm thinking I may have to try some of this. The tingles is why I use White Flood.
What "research" was you doing watching my video's for your job Will?
I didn't realize you were with the Game and Fish. I better be carefull what I post on Youtube.CON-CRET/N.O. XPlode/BSN AminoX workout log/journal:

No workout for me today; gym is closed and I wasn't really feeling up to it anyway.
Didn't stick with any kind of diet today, I'm still working through the junkfood - which is about gone
Tomorrow I'll be hitting upper body and back on the diet.
The Glutatren is AWESOME and tastes so good! I love the stuff, and the tingles from the Niacin and Beta-Alanine really get me goin' and ready for a PR kind of workoutJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

That's odd lol I thought beta alanine was just a non stimulant and just to prevent you're muscles from fatiguing. But then again I only use tasteless beta alanine so maybe that is why too. Now since I have to start drinking coffee for pre workouts I wake up like a hour earlier to brew it -_- fml, lol. Anyways good luck on the upper body and back workout tomorrow bro

Yes, we (reps) just got it a few days ago. Pretty nice.
LOL, I tried to "bait" you a little in your log, but you weren't biting. I supervise the Hunter Education Program in the eastern 1/4 of KY. I am currently producing a new power point presentation and was looking for a short vid of field dressing and watched your "garage" video.
I"m not too fond of the tingles when they get to my scalp and ears. I can handle them anywhere else.
Welcome young grasshopper.
Good morning woo.
I better go hit the shower or I won't be ready to head to Lexington (3 hr drive). Posted here instead of a little cardio this morning. Hope my lower back feels OK for some "light DLing".
