Yeah man, it impressed me too! I love watching those weights go up, but I start thinking "Oh my God I am DOING IT!" and then the weights falter because I lose concentration
LOL, yeah really! I think I did something to my lower back on the right side, hurt somethin' awful yesterday. It must have been from crawling around in a 4.8 UHAUL trailer
Indeed, WELCOME BACK! Can't wait for some bulking fun with you brother

Man, I sure hate to hear that. During one of the big meals this week I started feeling a little rough and started to wonder.... and believe it or not, that exact same scenerio went through my mind. I hope his wife fullly understands the meaning behind the smile and the little wave.
Thanks. I kinda wish the 5 x 5 didn't have me starting out light, but I know it's for the best.
Thanks pritch. I think I will be doing a clean bulk and make sure I don't get too carried away. These next two weeks while lifting light, I will try to lose what I gained, then I will be sure to get in enough cals to start pushing some wt around. I went from 144# Monday morning to 152.5# Friday night. I don't see how....Friday before I made it home I only ate breakfast before leaving the beach about 9:30 AM and a burger at 4:30 PM.
Sorry, Shelia and I were both on the jetski and no way of getting pics. This was our first time on one and between the big waves and the salt water in our eyes, it was pretty tough. But, it was fun. I didn't have time to be bothered w/ pics at the buffets....I had serious business to attend to.My current log

40 min fasted LI treadmill @ 4.0 this morning and also did some gripper work while walking.
Workout.....just getting back in the swing of things.
3 scoops pineapple Con-Cret
1 scoop Wild Berry Gluta-Tren. Shelia took a drink while I was getting ready and she said, "I don't know what I just drank, but it sure was good". Agreed, now get away from my Gluta-Tren.
I just did super sets of Incline Bench and Lat pulldowns for 45 min.
I was trying to get a better idea of my 5 rep max on inclines. Beginning the 5 x 5 Monday.
Stay tuned for a pritch n' storm promo. My current log

OK, here we go.....
First, I would like to thank Promera Health for giving me the opportunity to rep for them and providing the motivation to give 100% the last several months.
Second, I would like to thank pritch for all the motivation he will be providing in the future. I'm not 100% sure that he knows what he is about to unleash! I am finished with my cut (results can be seen on pg 12) and almost ready to hit the weights with avengence.
I have been blessed in life and try to be as generous as possible. So, after discussing a possible promo w/ pritch, here is what we came up with.
Anyone who subs, follows, and posts in our log (other than previous Promera winners/loggers and anyone living in a country that we can not ship to) will be entered into a drawing for a free tub of Blue Raspberry Beta-Cret. Yeah, I know the pic is pineapple flavor.
We will draw the winner July 4th. No strings attached, such as requiring a log, etc. I'll pay the shipping.
Simple enough.My current log

I guess I am out, but that is ok. This is a great opportunity to follow 2 very inspirational guys and have the possibility to win a great product. I will definitely have to pass the word along. I was actually promoting CONCRET to two Vitamin Shoppe employees in Johnson City, TN a couple hours ago. They had never tried the product and were selling it. They were trying to push some high dollar creatines on me and I told them Pro-Mera had me covered with the best product on the market. They even had it on sale for $31.99. I would have picked some up, but I am really planning on being one of the logging contest winners.

It's not going to be "the more you post, the better your odds". Just anyone (well, almost anyone) who stops by every now and then will be entered into the drawing.
