You'll do better because of the extra nutrition and carbs throughout the day. GL on the lift, you can do it.

I couldn't believe this. The weights just kept going up and I kept pushing. I don't know if it was the Beta-cret or just my own insanity, or some combination of the two, but I was happy with these numbers. I think I could have gotten a 5th rep on the last set, but I didn't have a spotter and didn't want to look stupid / hurt myself
    140 x 15, 15
    210 x 6
    220 x 5
    230 x 5, 5, 4(PRs)

    Seated Low Cable Row
    110 x 10, 10
    170 x 5, 5, 5 (PRs)

    DB Incline Press
I hemmed and hawed over going up in weight and decided that 5lbs shouldn't hurt too bad. I'm glad I chose to go up ...
    60 x 12
    95 x 5, 5, 5 (PRs)

    Chins
Since I did 5lbs last week and I try to up the weights each time, I also figured to add 5 more lbs. here. Glad I did ...
    BW x 5
    +10 x 4, 4, 3 (PRs)

    Smith Upright Row (Wide)
I really am starting to like this. With my hands just past shoulder width and raising up to my chin, I can really - really feel this in my front and rear delts. Great exercise. I went down from last week because 110 felt a little to heavy and like I was doing more harm than good.
    70 x 8
    100 x 6, 6, 6, 6

Rev Pec Dec /SS/ Wrist Curls
    80 / 20 x 10/12
    110 x 5, 5, 5 (PRs) / 20 x 18, 15, 15

    Planning a bikeride later
After my workout I went in and looked at bikes with the University Police buddy I workout with. I found two mountain bikes for $20. We're going to swap seats and handlebars and I'm going to buy really good tires. Not too shabby. I'm looking forward to have my own bike and my wife is too. We are planning to do this together, which will be great!

    Supplements
    Promera Health: Con-Cret pre-workout: 1 scoop Pineapple
Promera Health: Gluta-Tren pre/intra workout: 2 Scoops Mixed Berry
    Promera Health: Beta-Cret pre-workout: 1 scoop Pineapple

Oh yeah, you have blown past my all time bests in chest exercises. Time to pick a new logging partner. Problem is I don't think I can out press a mouse right now. LOL

Extra food/nutrition, you watch it'll feel easier than you expect.

So much debate over good carbs and bad carbs. Here's a pic explaining a GOOD carb:

Thanks guys . I guess I liked the BETA-CRET, but honestly didn't feel much difference between that and my normal coffee / creatine / GLUTA-TREN mix. Since I didn't have much coffee this morning I decided to take the BETA-CRET ...

Thanks. A little more comfortable w/ the knee wraps. I was starting to have some knee pain a couple of weeks ago, but the wraps seem to have helped prevent that for now.

I kept telling myself "Those wraps will get you this extra wt".

I usually workout early afternoon 1:30 - 3 PM timeframe. But, 6-7 PM worked fine too.

I think that may have been my problem w/ the 300#.....visions of 315# dancing in my head. I now have a goal of putting up 3 plates soon after we get into the new gym.

Really apprecite that buddy. Glad to have you around. Are you still taking the Testx6....I'm taking Higher Power's ZMA right now, but will soon be taking a break from it.

I hope to have a little promo in here soon that may interest you....stick around.

Forgot to mention after squats last night all I did was play around on the GHR equipment a bit.

Promera's stuff really came through for me last night.

40 min fasted LI treadmill this morning. Time to shift from thinking about a max squat to transformation pictures Sunday. Low carbs/sodium today.
