On a cut, trying to lose the last bit of body fat.
Do you think you burn more calories by lifting, say a solid leg day with squats and other exercises, or a good cardio workout with some ab work thrown in?

It's a question of whether or not I want to start working in cardio more frequently. I would still hit legs and my other body parts, but should I space them out by adding in cardio days...again, this is for the purpose of losing the last bit of body fat to get where I want to be.
Not sure if it matters, as I am pretty tight everywhere except a little softness around the love handles- always the last to go lol.Read my article on the downfall of wrestling. It is long, detailed and explains everything.
