Yo guys,
I am currently 190-195 in the morning, 195-200 at night. I am doing my first meet in 3 months and training with Sheiko for it. I think I will come into the 198 class with 375/265/485 which will get me to "Level 3" and be a +20/15/30.
My bodyweight hasn't been below 180 since last summer, however the next class down is 181. Has anyone made a big weight class switch like that? I'd definitely place better but it'd have me dieting for at least 8 of the next 12 weeks.
Maybe something I should just look into after the meet?

If your weight is that inconsistent (anywhere from 190 to 200) then don't try to do anything with it, just weight what you weight. If you are really around 190 in the morning all the time, it's a pretty easy jump to 181.
