    Hopefully I can sleep better tonight and rest up for legs tomorrow.
    Probably a good idea swapping workouts - sounds like you didn't have a lot of time either. Here's hoping you have a good nights rest tonight!!

    Talking Leg blasting

    OK so I am so glad that I switched my workouts yesterday.. Today I got some rest and was dialed in for a great leg workout that was fabulous.. I didn't get many exercises in but o well cuz I had a hard time walking.. So it is!!

    Routine
    Stretching
    Smith Machine squats-- 2sets 135x10 185x10 225x10 275x8 295x5
    Leg press-- 575x10(10plates) 665x10(12plates) 800x10(15) 890x10(17plates)
    Romanian DL-- 135x10 155x10
    Leg Extension-- 130x15 130x12 130x10

    I had 1 n 1/2 scoops JUGGERNAUT before and ate my Wheaties FUEL snacks while doing my workout..so good
    Whey shake after. TAnned and then came home and had a small sandwich and a salmon fillet.. Lots of water..I FEEL GREAT

    O Snow the Wheaties Fuel snacks are little bite sized things that I got at the store.. 15gs of protein and bunch of carbs I think. I eat them during my workouts.. I been having some good meals but Last night I bbq'd deer steaks and over cooked them while I was on here. That sucked had to cover them in bbq sauce and choke em down lol

    Was not hungry at all this morning when I woke up. didn't end up having anything until my break at work around 1:45pm. now Im not hungry at all again. Ive had 2 protein shakes though kinda helpin with my feeling of non-hunger.
    Hopefully I can sleep better tonight and rest up for legs tomorrow.
    For the times I dont feel hungry..I either opt for MHP Up Your Mass or a METRX Colosal Bar!

    Thank you sir. If you were wondering why I don't free weight squat is because I can't bring my arm back far enough to hold the bar.     Today I blasted my arms with ole supersets.. Almost 2 scoops of Juggernaut today.

    Superset 1
    Neutral grip DB skullcrusher--20lbs 1x12, 30lbs 1x12, 35lbs 1x12
    DB curls w/supinations--20lbs 1x12, 30lbs 1x12, 30lbs 1x12

    Superset 2
    Incline EZbar crushers--70lbs 2x15, 80lbs 1x15
    BB curl--70lbs 2x15, 80lbs 1x15(no major cheating)

    Superset 3
    Preacher curl Machine--65lbs 3x12
    Overhead TRI extension w/rope--80lbs 1x15, 100lbs 2x15

    Drag curls on smith machine--65lbs 2x10, 55lbs 1x10
    DB kick backs--30lbs 3x15 each arm

    thats all I did today. Had an amazing pump and drank lots of water but obviously not enough cuz I couldn't do abs. after one long set on the ab bench I started to cramp..DOES NOT feel good!
    trying to pound fluid and protein.

    Leg workout reminds me of mine today! Poundages too! Wish I had someone videotape mine lol. No where close to a PR for me though. Still feels good to be gaining my old strength back so fast. Remember when I was 17 and did 1000 the first time then 3 years later 1500. Use to rep 1000 as warmup... Someday ill be there again! Apparently you will too! Keep up the strong work!

    These are bi-tri supers. Still good.

    The supination on the db curls are what I find as crucial to development.
