    Calorie Intake

    Does anyone know a site that has sample meal plans for different goals? Im trying to consume 3500 to 4000 calories a day to gain weight, but im having a hard time figuring out what to eat. Chicken, rice, vegetables etc are all low calories. I need something thats relativly clean, but with a nice amount of calories...thanks
