I only have 5000 IU softgels and during the winter I was taking one every day pre-sleep. Well, now that summer is coming, the weather in Greece is all day shiny. Should I keep taking the same dose or take 1 softgel every other day?
Thanks in advance!

Really I stop supplementing Vitamin D3 in the summer seasons, but that's just me.

considering exogenous doses much more extravagant than 5,000iu have proven to be harmless, you could just supplement with that amount year round and not have worry about dialing it up or down depending on how much you were outside
that would get pretty annoyingself-proclaimed huguenot

Assuming you're already getting some Vitamin D from your diet to begin with, I would say 1 5000 IU of Vitamin D with fat, every other day. I think taking it on a daily basis plus whatever you consume from your diet is overkill, if you're concerned about it, have your levels tested, but 5000IU EOD is a good way to go.Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.

I only take 800 IU per day because your muscles needs around 700 IU to grow read that on men's magazines, but remember that taking too much vitamins D or A can become toxic to your body in the long term.
