    Smile Best TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER stack for women?

    Help?

    Right now I keep my proteins to 1.5-2 grams/lb per day.

    I take BCAAs pre and post workout.

    I take CREATINE pre and post workout and before bed on training days. (Should I take EVER day?)

    I take Glutamine pre and post workout and before bed on training days. (" " ")

    I train in the morning. I usually lift 4-5 days a week.

    I want to incorporate a good TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER as well as CLA and ZMA.

    I'm relatively lean year-round and have a difficult time putting on muscle.

    Advice?

    The amount of fats you're getting are crucial in your test levels. So if you're staying low year round, that could negatively affect your t levels.

    If you are taking BC then that will affect your gains as it lowers your test, as well I think Activate Xtreme great-not tried personally but know several who have had postive results.
    I am a fan of Forskolii Root Extract for gains and overall strength increase-which leads to more gains. Also Bioforge good product, used for several diff training cycles, this has the forskolii in it already. Fan of Needtoslin and similar carb shuttling products sorry cant think of any names atm.
    Tried ZMA didnt like-gave me weird dreams and no noticeable body improvements.

    Its gonna be hard to make good gains while staying "lean" year round. And increasing your test alone will not produce results, you need to incorporate several diff approaches to meet your goals.

    I keep my healthy fats to about 20% of daily caloric intake. ??

    Researching a safe and effective testosterone booster for women.

    To anyone who can offer some wisdom on the subject, Im curious about the effects, positive and negative, of taking a T-booster. There's not a whole lot of scientific research on the subject of women and testosterone( besides as a libido booster-which Im not particularly interested in) and muscle building. So is there anyone out there with experience and can offer any insight on what products would be the best to try? Thanks!

    I'd seriously consider something like xfactor.

    All depends on exactly why you are looking to boost test levels?

    Is it for fat loss, increase in lean muscle mass, strength, libido, pumps?
