Does Ultima have to be taken on an empty stomach like other PWO's?

Not to hijack this thread, but how many scoops do people take? Directions say to start at 1 and move to 2 if desired. Just wondering if anyone has moved to 2 or possibly sipped a second scoop intra or? Thanks

My first experience with this stuff I did one scoop prior and one scoop intra. The intra was not necessary for me. One scoop pre does the trick!

2 scoops has excessive creatine, I prefer 1 scoop.

I like 2 scoops. I beat myself up pretty badly in training and don't want to feel like Ultima is cut short. The creatine is a bit much, but I only take it 3x/week, so I don't think I'm oversaturating.

I run 1 scoop of Ultima and 1 scoop Pbol prework out on an empty stomach. I've tried taking it within an hour of eating and I felt bloated the whole work out.

i take my ultima 1.5 hours after my pre work out meal, 30 mins before i leave for the gym. never felt bloated and i love it.
