    ok to miss a day of creatine loading phase?

    I have recently decided start using creatine; I am 3 days into the loading phase and this morning I woke up feeling like death. I have a fever, a sore throat, and a headache, common cold symptoms. I do not feel good enough to be loading creatine today and I was wondering if it is ok if I skip a day of the phase if I pick it back up tomorrow. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    Don't load. You end up pissing away all of the creatine your body can't absorb...which is a lot.

    Like stated before, there isn't a need to load. But if it puts your mind at ease, missing a serving or two (heck, even a day) will not affect your results. Just pick up with your next dose. Do not double up, or try to make up what you missed.
