I'm 18, about 200 lbs. i lift 6 days a week, do cardio about 3-4 times a week, primarily jogging or biking. I dont eat alot of junkfood, i just cant seem to lose my stomach, im happy with my progress lifting wise just not with my fat burning. i take 1 more rep about 4 times a week, whey protein sometimes but not too often.
Some tips are needed, thx

It is not possible to spot reduce fat.
Meaning you cannot target loosing stomach fat, you need to lower your BF% in general by going on a deficit. I recommend eating -500 under maintenance, lifting heavy and upping protein intake to 1.2-1.5g per lb of body weight.
