    Question Chest routine Question

So i have been wondering this question for a while and decided to ask here in the forums.
    My chest routine is
    Incline 4x7-9 reps
    Flat 4x7-9 reps
    Decline 4x7-9 reps
and finish off with cable crossovers 4x10

So would it be good to take off decline and just do 8 sets of flat?
I work out at home so im kind of limited to how many exercises i can do.

Seems ok to me...maybe add in some pushups too, or get some dumbbells and change it up that way

Stick with what you're currently doing as long as you're making week-to-week progress. If/when a particular lift stalls for 2-3 weeks in a row, then would be the appropriate time to make some sort of change. But until that time, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

This. I do decline once every few months, and I do it with dumbells, and like the way it switches things up for me.

You should still mix in some decline.

i would recommend taking off the decline or flat. take out one of the two cause they're practically the same. substitute one of them for some DB flyes. my opinion is you're doing too many compound exercises that are really similar. definitely keep the incline and cable crossovers though
