    Do not weigh yourself everyday.
At max, once a week. Weigh yourself at the same time, with the same clothes on etc.
For example, I weigh myself in the mornings, on an empty stomach, after my showers.. Usually every other Sunday.

I would recommend you measure yourself (stomach, neck, arms, legs etc) as scales are NOT accurate.

scale is not accurate to check fat loss.

You probably are building a bit of muscle, but it will not outpace your weight loss. What you are seeing is daily fluctuations in water weight. Weigh yourself once ever two weeks and you will not notice this. If you have to weigh every day be sure you do it at the same time (right when you wake up) As far as I can tell you lost somewhere between 5-10lbs in that month, your right on pace.

    Haha, yes. Thank you, NeedANick.
I meant to say "NOT ALWAYS accurate". But what you said works as well.
