Was just wondering if these routines are predominantly meant for newbies to get acquainted with bodybuilding or if the fitness models/bodybuilders you see on tv or magazines use them too.
Will these programs eventually be able to get you to that level or are they intended to be a starter routine?

Phat is most definitely not a beginner program.
It’s an intermediate-advanced program.
Layne Norton created it and lots of guys ran it or something similar for a while.
This is the natural bodybuilding crowd though.
As TAWS6 mentioned in the enhanced realm it’s a much different animal.
Usually it’s bro splits, PPL, or some sort of split catered to their specific weak points to bring them up.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
