I’ve always felt that Steve has some emotional obsession with how people trained in the 80s. I trained the old bro split forever when it was the standard but after less extreme approach’s were shown to produce faster results I changed my ways. Then boom. I’m not sore all the time and I’m growing again… whatdoyaknoww muscles don’t take 7 days to recover lol

Steve was ok a few years ago. Then joined Tiger fitness and went weird after his last blast.
Technique advice is abysmal. Programming is very outdated, content from 5 years ago is night n day better than now.
Jason gallant... Carried on spamming me and Arguing for days about stuff he doesn't understand - fake nattu bs artist.
