You could try Molecular Nutrition's X-factor. It's new so there isn't much info. on it. It's not a PH and people are waiting to hear others experiences with it.

If you're taking Optimum 100% Whey, why would you need something like ICE? Just curious...I bought Optimum whey because it had a lot of ingredients that many people recommended. I also bought V12...it should all arrive tomorrow. I can hardly wait. I get looks and stares now...imagine if I take my training seriously. Hah! Watch out, now! hahaha
It's weird. I'm a martial artist and really only started lifting weights to develop a good foundation for plyometric training so I could jump higher and do crazy stunts. I guess I've become a little used to the high I get from weight lifting, that I don't want to stop...and yet, despite good musculature, I can see there's potential there that needs to come out. Hopefully the protein, V12, multis, good diet and hard lifting will bring it out.
