OK embarrassing part, where to start well basically benching is like a major problem for me...
I can only flat bench 10 reps of like 60 (yes I know) something is wrong, I cant gain on this. When I go down my shoulders sorta pop and its painful. (like very painful)
I can military and incline press just fine along with everything else but its just benching...
I dont know what is going on...
Any Ideas, ive only had a 10lb gain in the past 2 months

Maybe you just have a bad shoulder. I know a ton of people who struggle with this because of a bad shoulder. I know in my warm up sets on incline bench my shoulder always bothers me. Then when i start my regular set the pain goes away. Maybe your not warming up properly or you need to get your shoulder checked out.

You may or may not have arthritis, but to me it sounds like you have a weak shoulder rotator cuff in both of your shoulders. I have alot of mates that have issues with their shoulders when they bench. I'm sorry to say, you may have to lay of the barbell bench for a while and work on dumb bell bench.
To help your rotator cuffs if you have resistance bands available: tie one to a fixed end and perform most kinds of shoulder movements.
For more details on rotator cuff exercises check this link out:

realize that dumbell bench>barebell in terms of chest activation versus shoulder and that going full rom when you have serious pain is as ego retarded as having a rainbow back when you deadlift. Easy fix just don't full rom or switch to dumbells and well don't full rom i never do because even with like 40% of my max it hurts like hell so whats the point
