    10 Week progress Before/After

    Hello everyone,

    This is my transformation progress.
    It has been 10 weeks since I started.
    What do you think? Any tips or criticism?
    Sorry I couldnt post the pics onto the forum dont know how to..
    If someone can do that for me that would be great.

    Solid gains no doubt, I would keep bulking adding more weight to your compound lifts and continue to up your calories. Post your diet and routine a bit more.

    I don't really have a diet plan. I try to eat a lot of protien from chicken, turkey, and a little beef. I drink my gold standard whey protien twice a day, once in the morning and once after my workout. At first I ate fast food which didnt seem to affect my body to much but now I stopped because I was starting to gain some stomach fat which I did not like. I have been eating much healthier now and I put P90x ab ripper into my workout plan.

    Some updated pics after doing P90x ab ripper for a couple days. Nothing great but im losing a lot of belly fat that I gained during the first 2 months.
