I don't really have a diet plan. I try to eat a lot of protien from chicken, turkey, and a little beef. I drink my gold standard whey protien twice a day, once in the morning and once after my workout. At first I ate fast food which didnt seem to affect my body to much but now I stopped because I was starting to gain some stomach fat which I did not like. I have been eating much healthier now and I put P90x ab ripper into my workout plan.
