hey im in cutting phase right now and i was wondering because i see that many people here take up to around 6 egg whites, how much calories do a normal large egg white have? because the ones i have here at home have 80Cals and 7g of protein but i wonder how many protein and Cals are left after u take out the yolk. And also could the egg whites give too much bad cholesterol?

The average egg white contains about 4 grams of protein and up to 6 grams for a jumbo egg. You are losing a small amount of protein when you remove the yolk, but the yolk is fat. The fact to include or remove the yolk will depend on your dieting method. The egg whites will not affect your cholesterol because it's fat free.

Anywhere from 17-19 calories per egg white. You can get Egg Beaters and have the exact nutritional breakdown. You really have to ball park an egg white, not much else you can do.
