I am 14 years old and apparently I have enough creative already and do not need to supplement. Is this true?

well, no one NEEDS to supplement creatine, your body produces 2-4 grams per day.
but that's used up normally with regular day to day activities, and taking more helps with energy, and muscle size.
so it's your choice, whether or not you want to take it, just make sure to drink enough water if you doStarting/Current/Goal
