Well after looking at the IF threads. Majority of people who does IF have a bad relationship with food.
IF did not cause the bad relationship with food, they had it already before doing IF.
So I don't agree with prolong IF will cause some kind of eating disorder of a bad relationship with food.

same could be said with restricted calories. also eating small meals. any kind of diet can lead to ED because ED is a psychological disorder. Anyone obsessed with food, weight, and/or appearance will probably have some sort of ED. But it is because they are obsessive not because of whatever diet they are on.
