Ok here it is. I am 28 years old, 5'10", 225 lbs. And have not worked out consistently in about three years. I work two jobs and am searching for a workout routine, supplement, and diet program i can do at home with the goal of more muscle mass / weight loss. I do have a average work out room in mt house consisting of these items:
1. Smooth 5.25 Treadmill
2. Keys Cardio Max 535 Bicycle
3. Competitor W354 Bench
The bench has multi level incline, and decline positioning. Butterfly attachments. Preacher curl attachment. lat bar attachment. Along with it I have standard dumbbells, weights, bench press bars, preacher curl bar, ect
4.Weider Pro 9625 Weight Machine
This machine includes bench press, military press, lat bar , pull down with various bars.
I have prepared for 30 days now by doing some intense one hour cardio, stretching and standard exercises . Such as various push ups, pull ups, situps, ect.
Ive also been on a daily multivitamin. And have gathered some whey powder, casein powder, protein bars, and creatine for my voyage
The pictures are older and i have since added steel weights.
I Hope I have provided enough info, and not been to vague in my description of my situation. It is hard for me to wade through all of the info out there and completely create a suitable regimen for myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated . Thanks !
