    Thanks to Controlled Labs for again in-trusting their newest baby to my care. Silly, silly Controlled Labs, you know I am completely irresponsible! It's like giving a crack whore your pin number and debit card then asking her to look after your retirement savings.
    I am going to use and abuse the new White Flood to unheard of limits, I'm going to put in through its paces in order to let you all know what to expect from this new product. I am also going to put it head to head against a Pump and Rage stack to see if, on it's own in it's new and improved format can hold it's own again this stack.
    I am going to sexually molest it until....oh wait, I have been told I need to keep these thoughts to myself and not to share them in a public forum where my probation offer can see them...damn.

    Anyway lets all welcome the new addition to the Controlled Labs family. We have great expectations from you little buddy, SO DON"T ****ING LET US DOWN!!!


    I have been lucky enough to be given the chance to log the new White Flood Fruit Punch flavor.

    Here is the new Fact Panel from the container


    So just back from vacation and a week off of all exercise and supplements I wake up this morning (read early afternoon) with excitement about hitting the gym again. That said I was also in a world of pain from an ear equalization problem when diving down to about 45 feet while snorkeling. Hope it resolves soon but it is kind of problematic having one ear not working properly.

    So I opened the container and the first thing you will notice is the red color. seemed strange after opening so many containers of the original WhiteFlood that I had to do a double take to make sure I had opened the right container.

    I mixed up 2 scoops in 10 oz of water and shook the tits off the bottle. Waited a few seconds and checked the bottom of the bottle, some small white specks settled on the bottom, let sit for 5 minutes, shook again same white specks. I have yet to have a pre workout that doesn't leave a little crap on the bottom of the shaker so I shook it up, cracked it open and downed it with 5 green bulge caps. In the end there wasn't any residue in the bottom of the shaker so I would give the mixing a 10/10

    Taste was OK, definitely tasted fruity but also had a veggie back taste, kind of like V8 fruit drink. Not bad and I think it will grow on me I am looking forward to seeing what I think of the taste by the end of the log. 6/10

    I had a crappy work out but will list everything up in the next post concerning my workout but after a week off and an ear problem and diet being crappy for the last week might have had more to do with it than White Flood.

    lol, thanks for follow all, and Dracoy, It''s never about the camera, always the subject That said I need to figure out the setting that will remove the little WF censor tubs

    I had a long assed post written out but mistakenly hit Ctrl R, mother ****er ******* ****ing Windows!!!

    So anyway, the digest version is that I cracked open the tub of White Flood and was surprised by the red color of the powder, mixed 2 scoops with 12 oz of water and noticed the red color with a few white floaties. The taste was very strong compared to the original WF and think I might add more water with my next dose which is never a bad thing pre workout. So did 2 scoops with 5 caps of Green Bulge and hit the Gym 20 minutes later.
    Now I wasn't really into it pre workout and unfortunately that didn't change throughout the workout and the whole workout took 2 hours.

    2 scoops of Wraath in 32oz of water intra.


    Warmup: Elliptical
    Resistance: 15 Time: 5 minutes

    DB Bench Press:
    60 x 10, 80 x 10, 80 x 9, 80 x 5, 80 x 6

    Pull Ups:
    9, 7, 5, 4, 4, 1 (30)

    Incline DB Press:
    60 x 10, 60 x 9, 60 x 7

    BB Bent Over Row:
    135 x 15, 135 x 15, 135 x 10

    Weighted Decline Situps (plate held above head):
    45 x 15, 45 x 15, 45 x 10

    Dips:
    10, 10, 9

    Cable Rear Delt Pull:
    15 x 10, 15x10, 15 x10

    Lateral Raises:
    22.5 x 10, 22.5 x 10, 22.5 x 10

    Great workout today feels like I am getting back into it and my ear has sorted itself out.

    Started the day will a big round of pancakes and a scoop of Myofusion and 30 minutes had 2 scoops of White Flood in 16oz of water with 5 caps of Green Bulge.
    Have decided to head in the other direction as far as amount of water per 2 scoops goes and will try 8oz of water tomorrow for chest. The taste was strong enough but can really taste the beats at 16oz of water. Will see how we go at 8oz. Still drinkable and no where near as bad as ASGT or some of the other foul tasting pre workouts I have tried.

    20 minutes after dropping the White Flood I was in the gym warming up on the treadmill and noticed a warm flushing below the skin and in my chest core area. Felt strange and I will put it down to White Flood and it increasing blood flow.

    Another thing about this workout is although I have been off Ephedrine for 10 days or so I sweated a lot with my shirt soaked by the time I had finished my dead lifts, A lot like when I am on Ephedrine as I normally don't sweat that much when I am not on it. Again I will give this effect to White Flood.

    2 scoops of Purple PsyKO in 32oz of water Intra.

    So my 2 hour Back workout:

    Resistance: 14 Time: 5 minutes

    Pull Ups:
    10,10, 7, 5 (32)

    Deadlifts:

    Hey Dracoy, sorry mate I missed your post. I have started both logs but as you can see from the first post in the animal log I will be running this log first and then running the Pump/Rage log after. I wanted to get something up to thank Animal for the opportunity but will not be logging until after I finish this log.     Thanks Dracoy! I will make sure I stick with just the White Flood for the remainder of the log and sorry for any dissatisfaction about running these two logs back to back.

    Chest/Triceps later today and surprisingly I am still a little sore for the workout on Saturday (first logged workout) and although I was pissing and moaning about not having a good workout I went back and counted and hell, I DID 41 SETS!! No wonder I am sore (hardly ever get sore hitting chest) and even if I didn't go heavy I did a hell of a lot of volume. So in hindsight I really have nothing to complain about.

    Backs a little stiff today but that is normal when I finish off on the roman chair especially for a 150 reps and first time in 2 weeks back doing dead lifts. Biceps feel GGrrrreeeaaat!

    Only thing I have to complain about is I am all jelly reading the other logs with Watermelon. Sounds like it taste amazing.

    Holy Volume, Holy ****!! Just had an amazing workout. Didn't hit any PR (wasn't attempting, was going for maximum pump) and it went kind of slow to start will but damn batman did I get pumped up like never before.

    Ate about 45 minutes before supplement and did 2 scoops of White Flood with 5 caps of Green Bulge about 30 minutes before hitting the gym. Had a headache and was almost asleep on the couch before peeling myself off it and going into the kitchen.

    Added two scoops of WF to 8oz of water and have to say that taste is the only problem I have with the new White Flood, I think at least the tub I have you are hard pressed to call this flavor Fruit Punch. It really does taste more like Vegi Punch to me.

    (please send me the new Watermelon flavor )

    That said I can stand the taste and have no problems drinking it due to the effect it has.

    Still feel a little buzzed now, 4 hours after taking it. Very, very nice.

    Had nice clean focus during the workout with a crazy elevated kind of mood and was joking and chatting with everyone in the gym, been a week or more since I have seen most of my gym buddies so a lot of catching up.

    But the main thing I notice was the pump, huge chest/tricep pump, felt much bigger than I have ever before (got lots of comments) and I think this was due to stacking WF with Purple PsyKO intra. Crazy, Crazy pump. Will be doing this stack again next chest day.

    Also on a side note there is a big power lifter in the gym who I have been informing him of the benefits of controlled labs for a while. Today he told me he brought a CL stack both because of my recommendation, transformation and due to the fact that Controlled Labs is a no bull**** company that doesn't advertise and make extravagant bull**** statements abut their products.
    Felt good to be helping to promote a no bull**** company. Keep up the good work guys.

    Agreed, I think my tub of Wraath might be feeling slightly neglected over the next 4 weeks.

    On a side note, I have up until now kept White Flood in the fridge to protect it from discoloration and moisture since I normally buy the large tubs. Is this necessary with the new formulation of White Flood??

    So did cardio today but didn't really feel any love but first time back on the treadmill in a while and still banged out 100 minutes and burned 1275 kcal. Ran for 22 minutes at 6.2 mph at 1 incline but mostly walked at 11 incline at 3.5mph. Watched Monsters which was an OK movie but not what I expected. I need to find another tv series that is high energy and on Netflix Streaming that I can watch while kicking it up on the treadmill.

    Didn't want to waste White Flood on my first time back doing cardio again so did 2 scoops of REDuction AM SHOT, one scoop of Green Mag pre and did 6 scoops of raspberry RecoverPro intra.

    My normal supplement routine is:

    AM: 2 Orange Triad, 2 Fish Oil, Myofusion with 1 scoop of Oximega Greens.
    Lunch:2 Orange Triad, 2 Fish Oil.
    Pre Workout: 5 Green Bulge, 2 Orange Triad, 2 Fish Oil, 2 scoops of WHite Flood
    Intra: Purple PsyKO or Purple Wraath.
    Post: 1 Scoop of E2 Pro Charge.
    Pre Bed: UP 2.0, REDuction PM SHOTS

    Cardio:

    Pre: REDuction AM SHOT.
    Intra: Recovery Pro, Xtend or my favorite, 1 scoop of PsyKo and 2 scoops of Grape Xtend.

    Had a killer leg day today. Didn't expect too but got to the gym early so had a ton of time to get the workout done and although we did each set with intensity there was a ton of chatting during the workout.

    Took 2 scoops of White Flood with 5 caps of Green Bulge about 20 minutes pre workout and 2 scoops of Purple Wraath intra.

    Taste isn't really growing on me but I can down it without too much pain. Still sadly looking at each UPS truck and wishing there was a box from Controlled Labs with a container of watermelon white flood in it with my name on it but alas no luck. lol there is always tomorrow. Speaking of luck, got home from downtown today and discovered my wallet missing, oh crap..when to everywhere I had been and found it had been turned in at the bank. wow, such a sense of relief and I wish I could of offered a reward to the person who turned it in but the bank person doesn't know who did it. Anyway, thank you strange person!

    My workout...

    [center]
    Warmup: Elliptical
    Resistance: 15 Time: 5 minutes

    Kettlebell front squats GVT 1 minute rest between sets (2 kettlebells, weight per kettlebell):
    16kg x 10, 24kg x 10 x 8, 16kg x 2
    One warm up set and 10 working sets.

    Wide Grip Pull Ups:
    6, 5, 5, 3, 3

    Slay Leg Press (all the way to the stop):
    360 x 12, 360 x 12, 450 x 10, 450 x 10, 450 x 12, 450 x 12

    Leg Extension (drop sets with each rep having a 1 second pause at top):
    225 x 12, Dropset= 195x8 +180x8 + 165x5 (F'ing brutal!) x 3 sets

    Leg Curls (21's):
    90 x 21, 100 x 21, 110 x 21

    Standing Calf Raises:
    275 x 10 4 sets

    Barbell Curls:
    90 x 10 3 sets

    Wrist Curls:
    35 x 10, 35 x 10, 35 x 8


    39 sets total (dropset= 1 set)
    All in all a very good leg workout with some new stuff I haven't really done before so I think I might be very sore tomorrow. There goes the weekend!

    Shoulder day today with an early workout time. Had breakfast and hit the gym about an hour later. Really took my time with the first half of the workout and then went a little faster with lighter weights for the second half in order to turn up the calorie burn.

    Morning weigh in: 213.6lb

    Yesterday had a lazy day but got my ass into gear enough to get on the treadmill and watched a movie. Didn't run as my legs were still super sore from Fridays leg workout but walked at about 3.3mph on a 6-10 incline and burned about 1000 kcal in 90 minutes.

    Back/Bi's today with main exercise being pullups, deadlifts and curls.

    Hope you all had a good weekend and look forward to putting up some good numbers tonight.

    Back and Bicep day. Had a very good workout today, was dragging ass this afternoon and almost feel asleep while wait to go to the gym but managed to get vertical and get to the kitchen to mix up a couple of scoops of WF. Really hit the spot and helped me drive through a 1.5 hour workout. The taste is starting to grow on me and although it isn't even in the same ball park as green mag or psyko it is getting easier to drink and I am not noticing the beat taste so much any more. I see a PR again today so that is two PR's in 2 workouts. I am really starting to like the new WF! also my vascularity was intense today with my bicep veins really popping out. Love that and wish I could walk around like that all the time.
