    How many times per day, should I drink Protein Shakes?

    I'm doing SS. I see people on these forums stating that they have Protein Shakes at every meal. I'm 6'1, 160 pounds. I have one everyday, just right after I workout or at the same time on off days. It has 35g of Protein. Should I drink more, or add more powder?

    no more than 2 shakes, no more than 2 scoops/shake unless bulking

    id suggest to drink 2 a day.

    Belive me or not drinking 5 shakes a day got me bad liver in blood tests (i dont even drink)

    take non if you can! try eating whole food instead of shakes. But if you cant then you can drink them.

    I drink 3 a day on my OFF days (75g of whey), and 4 on my ON days, one with 2 scoops, (125g of whey).

    If you can affor to buy protein A LOT then drink it 2-3x a day. If not then 1 would be fine.

    I personally like to do 3 scoops of ON 100% whey after i workout and a scoop of 100% casein before I go to bed. On non training days i do a scoop of casein in the morning and at night.

    I take 2 time on work day, post workout 2scoop of whey and 1scoop before sleep. When my off day i take 1scoop for time before bedtime. Must important is take eat 3 big meal with 40g protein(red meat or something) and drink water enough

    Take as many scoops as you want so you can achieve your daily intake.

    Rely on food mostly, protein is a supplement, so you can supplement what you are missing.
