This guy is annoying as hell, but he does have a point with the "public" thing. A lot of people are so lost when it comes to video in public, screaming that you need a release of some sort.

its fkin annoying, you can video tap other **** in public, you dont have to go on other people's faces and video tap exactly what they are doing. thats fkin annoying as fk. he needs to get a job. those guys are working hard to protect other people from different incidents and all he gotta do is video tap them and distract them from working. im so disappointed that he didnt get arrested. he wont win the case because the lawyer defending the police actions will show his other videos that are viral on youtube. and in the end, he will lose money on lawyers fees and the police lawyer will make money from his tax hehehe win win for the police.
