Before:
March 1st 2009 - 170 lbs
After:
March 2nd 2011 - 195 lbs
Background:
I started lifting back in spring of 04 for high school football and baseball. Worked out regularly for about 2 years and got in pretty decent shape, went from 130 lbs as a junior to about 180 as a freshmen in college. In march of 06, two of my best friends were killed in a car wreck and I became borderline depressed. Stopped working out and started drinking and partying a lot more.
After a few years of working a desk job and playing too many video games, I decided to join in on a biggest losers competition at my work that started in Oct 08. Weighed in at 190 and finished at 163 and ended up winning with just over 14% total body weight lost. After that I started working out at my house again, I stuck with it until my buddy convinced me to get serious again and join Golds with him. He got me back into the swing of things and then the beauty of muscle memory started kicking in, I was completely hooked again!
And now Ive been lifting 4 plus days a week since July of 09.

Yeah, I felt like a skeleton. Hadnt been that scrawny in 4 or 5 years and even though It felt better then being out of shape, I still didn't like it. Feltweakmang.
When I got back in the gym, I started deadlifting. Had never done them before in my life but my bro insisted upon them (he spent a lot of time on here, lol). After I got the form down I go obsessed with lifting heavy, probably the main key to my gains and aesthetics.
I plan on it, going to school to study Health and Wellness. Going to get certified to train and then I plan on studying nutrition. I finally found the path I want to take in life, its something that I was looking for desperately.
I don't ever want to be huuuuge, just strong and aesthetic4% shredded with striated!

Great bulking - looking strong and plenty of mass
About 13-14% bodyfat
Arms and shoulders looking big. Lower chest is good. Upper chest lacks the same degree of thickness
Back needs more lat width and density.
It looks like you've got a strong bench, but that you don't do much in the way of heavy rowing. How are the legs? (Pretty big at a guess, from your weight and lifts)
Really impressive transformation in 18 months!
Start working on the incline bench, and rows and you'll balance out quickly!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Yeah, chest and upper back have been a focus of mine lately. My lower body is where all my thickness is as you guessed.
I've been doing inclined double dumbbell row and have gotten some good results in my back. Working with 60 lb db's as of now, been increasing quick like. Also recently added incline barbell bench to be done every other week and it has helped tremendously (been doin only db incline until then)!
Thanks mang!

as already stated, great progress. it's weird, i wasn't impressed at all by the pic you posted in your first post, yet those later pics are pretty sick. no point in stating your weaknesses considering you already know what they are. that being said, keep it up.*
I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

I've been tearing up my "weaknesses" with the fury of 1000 Zeus' thunderbolts. Sadly, my chest will only progress so much but luckily my back is actually seeing improvements. Still contemplating on picking my cut back up (been in a maintain phase for the last two weeks) and If I can get lean enough I will hopefully have some back progress photos up soon. My chest is improving at about the pace of a snail though, feelsbadman. Genetics are genetics though :/
Here is my current Avi taken about 2 months ago. The midsection is coming along great.
