    10 weeks until my first comp

    Hi everyone, Im doing my first competition in 10 weeks time and I'm down to 15% body fat but I seem to be stuck. Does anyone have a comp diet that i can try out ?

    cannot give you any advice without knowing you. do you have a coach?

    i also recommend figureathlete.com. they have great diet articles.

    Hi no I don't have a coach, just kind of winging it :s not the best plan in the world but I've not done too badly dropping from 24% fat to 15% in the last 6 months without dieting :-)

    Post in Contest Prep with calories/macros.
    Don't list foods and meals, they don't want any of this.
    Just calories, macros, how many times a week you lift and what you do for cardio/how many sessions per week.

    Also full body shots, preferably in mandatory figure poses.
