    Deadlifts and squats

So I just added both to my routine

Squats I'm only doing 135 with good form though and I'm goig low.

Deadlifts I'm only doing the bar but it's kind of easy but I still feel a burn.

Should I be doing more or is form more important and then add a little weight ? Thanks guys

though personally i think the bar is way to light, form is the most important thing when it comes to squats and deadlift.

Since it was your first time it's fine. It's good that you understand that you have to get your form down before anything else. Just slowly progress your weight keeping strict form, no need to rush.

You'll notice fast progression on both of these exercises if you are training for strength. A beginner can likely add 10 lbs to their deadlift each week.
