"Big strong guys" got big from either steroids or eating big. I already told you your problem, your diet.

Eat big + lift hard = profit.

You can squat almost 2.5 times bodyweight? I assume you have some knowledge.

At any rate, what are your goals?

I just can't believe anything anyone says on these forums

OP, there are plenty of programs that you could do and they aren't hard to find (Texas method, 5/3/1, etc)

You say eating isn't the problem, but made a thread asking for help adjusting your macros so that you could gain weight.

    Whatever

    Eat more

    your split is probably fine
    Goals:

    1.5 bw Bench
    2.0+ bw Squat
    2.5 bw Deadlift
    Gain 20 lbs

I don't like 5/3/1 due to the low reps. So keep my split?/ or do something else??- No offense to anyone but i'd really appreciate a very experience lifter to give me some feedback!

Nothing is wrong with them, just not my prefered way of training, thats all. SHould I go w/ my split, or a similiar one, 5/3/1 if really ideal, or possibly an upper/lower?

Your training regiment looks solid to me. It's most definitely a diet issue. Are you getting enough complex carbs? How about 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight? Enough dietary fats? Enough rest?

Review all of those basic topics and see which one is out of line. You'll progress no problem

Jon, IMO that workout isn't ideal. Your hitting your chest 4 times double the times as everything else pretty much. I don't like it!
