black coffee is srsly retarded unless u actually prefer the taste or drink 20 cups a day that adding 1/2 cup of skim milk (35 calories) with some splenda (0 cals, 0 sugar) is going to make a fkn difference...
Get the blue diamond (i think) brand. Works good, I'm lusting over it now.
almond breeze is where it's at, no sugar in it if you get the unsweetened original, or make it your self its really great fresh and easy to make, also so delicious brand coconut milk, 25 cals per half cup very very very creamy light coconut flavor
or get creative and do
2/3 cup ice
1 scoop protein powder
3/4 cup coffee
1/2 non fat milk, milk, or milk sub
