Thats right! I will be training like an animal with the help of Universal Animal Rage and Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydrobuilder. With help from Muscle Pharm Combat for night time Recovery and Daily Fish Oil and coated Aspirin and a Multi! I was going to get muscle meds carnivor but read bad things about where the protein source is from,.
Heres a little about me, I'm 18 years old, Current occupation is Fitness Coach at Bally Total Fitness. I weigh 170 lbs and have 9.6 percent body fat while being 5'10 and around 25 BMI. So technically, I'm Overweight .
I will be training (like an animal) for Hypertrophy this month. working out 5 days a week and Cardio and Core on an additional day. I want to gain size and strength and keep my body fat around 10 percent.
My nutrition is pretty good, I dont count my macros exactly but I eat around 200 grams of Protein a day, a little over 200 grams of carbs, fats from good sources and a little over 2000 calories a day. Thats a guesstimate.
My workouts will look like this...
Monday- Chest Tricep Calfs
Tuesday-Back Bicep Traps
Wednesday-Legs Shoulder Calfs
Thursday-Optional Core and Cardio
Friday-Chest Tricep Calfs
Saturday-Back Bicep Traps
Sunday- OFF DAY
My rep range for everything will be 6-12 reps but mostly 6-10 reps and will take one minute breaks in between each set. I have finished studying for my ACE PT Exam and just need to rack up some money for the test so I am knoweledgable when it comes to working out right. As you can see, each muscle group gets plenty of time to recover and I will always push to failure.
I have recently recovered from a month long shoulder injury and some of my starting stats are as follows...
Bench - 205x12
Squat (Coming Soon)
Lat Pull Down (Coming Soon)
Barbell Shrug (Coming Soon)
Leg Press(Coming Soon)
Plate Loaded Shoulder Press - 2 plates each sidex10
Lateral Raise 25x10 (each arm)
Barbell Curl (Coming Soon)
In this log, I will check in atleast 3 times a week, will answer any questions I have, post pics, review the products and help out other members in this forum!

Yah i would probably need to stock up on non perishable protein snacks for work as I work 9-6 5 days a week. Good thing is my job promotion comes with a office and desk all to me which translates to... I have a place to stock up!! haha and reccomended high protein snacks that arent perishable for work? For lunch breaks, I ALWAYS go to the mexican restaurant wihch is the best mexican ever and get really good protein and carbs from the tortilla, rice, beans, and choice of meat. haha

Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer seems like it has EVERYTHING i need in a shake in it, so ill just buy a tub of that and use that since i am trying to bulk and have a VERY fast metabolism. and i never eat breakfast due to time issues and realize its important to staying anabolic so i think im gunna do half a serving of mass gainer for bfast, peanut butter sandwich for snack at work, another half serving of mass gainer for lunch, my platinum hydro builder post workout and my muscle pharm combat before bed. that way im getting about 140 grams of protein from shakes a day, about 1400 calories from shakes a day and the rest will come from snaks and dinner..
