Perhaps a bit, but not as much as you would think. As long as your drinking plenty of water, you should be fine.

^^this. I am about to spend 2 weeks in Florida before spending a year in the sandbox overseas fighting the bad guys. I am already sub 10% body fat, and started running Lean Xtreme last week, and MHP Xpel this week. I lost 3 lbs. of water weight the first night, and am evening out here. I am dry as hell, just chug water. I am still keeping my creatine running, aint gonna hurt.
Try not to look back, try not to regret, just live life like it is the last day you will ever see....

creatine and stimulants are often mixed. Diuretics (different than stims, though some stims do have a diuretic effect) are supposed to decrease extracellular water retention, creatine is supposed to increase intracellular water retention. It's fine to take creatine with animal cuts, but always be careful about the amounts of stimulants/diuretics you're using.
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.
