    Bench Press Standards

    hey guys i'm just wondering, how much should a 15 year old be able to bench..
    i can get 275lbs once but that's all =/ am i under standard?

    Its not the age, its the height/weight, and thats not on your profile so I cant tell you. But 275 1 rep max is pretty good for 15

    the average male at 15 can bench ~90lb untrained
