1st.. Very very nice.
Look me in the eye. It's okay if you are scared, so am I, but we are scared for different reasons. I am scared of what I willn't become, you are scared of what I could become. Look at me! I will not let myself end where I started, I will not let myself finish where I begin. I know what is within me, even if you can't see it yet. Look me in the eyes, I have something more important than courage, I have patience. I will become what I know I am.

to be honest..
im not happy with my results, and its depressing. i think thats why i seek approval from others, because i can never convince my self that im good enough.
i cant remember the last time i cried about anything, but seeing my self be in a position that i thought would make me happy, and still feeling the same, is just crushing
im too the point where i find it hard to enjoy anything i eat, if it isnt the healthiest thing possible, infact i cant enjoy junk food anymore. i do cardio 2x a day and tan, and train 1-2x a day for typically 3 hours on at least 1 of the workouts.
my workouts have slowly been getting longer because im relying more and more on the feeling i get while i train to make me feel good, because it seems like every time i look in the mirror i just see more things i have to work on.
this "bodybuilding" stuff, is turning into the same thing that the "powerlifting" stuff was, just a huge amount of work, while always being unsatisfied, because i build up a huge expectation from my self that il never be able to live up too, and then tell my self the only way to be satisfied is to accomplish it, or else i suck
i need ****ing counseling is what i need

at the end of the day im just ****ed in the head, need to go talk to tony robins about how to ****ing relax and feel good about my "accomplishments"

It sounds like your using your gym time to get away from whatever problems you are having. That's never a good thing. Whatever issues you are having, it is better to deal with them now, than not thinking about them and putting them off. Trust me I was in this position once.
Other than that, I would suggest to do something a little more fun for a bit of exercise. Join a rugby team. You're certainly big enough. You'll meet loads of cool dudes and drink tons of beer. Can't beat that.
Nice progress.Repay no evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all. - Romans 12:17

i just recently started to focus on abs, but i have noticed it helps bring them out more/perhaps tighten skin and tone my belly a bit
basically just side bends, crunch variations, leg raises, that kind of thing.
i would say jogging and walking helped a lot, as did the excessive volume when training. its my understanding that since your skin is a living organ, that to pump more blood around your body will help your skim to tighten up faster. (bro science probably)
i recently started using vitamin e oil and cocoa butter lotion, and using a loofa in the shower on the area's i want to tighten up. tanning also seems to be helping with tightening up.
if i had to give someone advice on how to tighten up their waist/tits, i would say hig volume ab/back/chest training, frequently, running, tanning, vitamin e / cocoa butter lotion, using a loofa in the shower, and vitamin A E C and collagen/etc added into your diet.

You will never find a single thing on earth that has lasting satisfaction. You won't. NEVER. Not a girl, a hobby, a food, a drug, a car, or anything else.
Regardless, you should be very happy with where you've come. Honestly, I think you should take a week or two off, reset your mind and your goals. While your taking time off from the gym find something else to do for fun so that you don't feel like you're doing nothing.1708 total @220 Raw

son, you're too hung up on yourself...in the end, everyone sucks big ass and moving more weight or looking good is such a trivial thing...this is why happiness must be found in the process of achieving, and not the achievements themselves, because those never fulfill anyone. Oh, yeah..one other thing...back when I was getting medals in the olympics and being all sexy, I attended a Date With Destiny seminar by Tony Robbins. He's nothing but a motivator, regurgitating crap that has already been written long before he was born...very homosex. If you have to get into him, go to the library and read his book, it's the same crap that is in his seminars.
Now, go get some hatchet wound...and stay black
P.S I would like a glute shot (no homo)

You're progress is insane, and I remember when you were the chubby kid that had the dead and squat that left everyone scratching their head.
You've got the same addictive personality that I have, and a lot of lifters have. It can be a blessing and a curse. It can give you focus that's so strong you will march through obstacles that would stop most people in their tracks (ie you can go from 400 to 270 in a year). But, that same focus can be obsessive, to the point that it makes other aspects of life take a back seat and suffer.
The crazy part about it, is to have that level of drive, we are trying to feed some need inside of us. We do all these things so we can be happy, but at the end, when you accomplish your goal, your left a bit empty because that need is still there.
This is a roller coaster I've been on myself, and I'm about ten years older than you.
The only thing I can tell you is to keep a check on the elements of your personality that allow you to accomplish what you have. Let yourself be happy when you succeed, and let yourself get off the wild horse when the obsession starts to negatively affect other aspects of your life.
You've made remarkable progress, let yourself enjoy it.Training Journal:

BRO YOU DON'T NEED COUNSELING, IN FACT IT'S GREAT THAT YOU ARE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND YOU'RE AWARE OF WHAT'S BOTHERING YOU...BUT YOU NEED TO SNAP OUT OF IT!!
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW GO FROM BEING MORBIDLY OBESE TO HAVING A GREAT LOOKING PHYSIQUE WITHIN JUST A YEAR? VERY FEW PEOPLE CAN DO THAT MY FRIEND, YOU NEED TO RE-WATCH YOUR VIDEO AND REALIZE THAT YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT IS SOMETHING NOT MANY PEOPLE CAN DO! BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU'VE ACHIEVED SO FAR!
YOU LIVE OFF OF THE EUPHORIC FEELING THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU'RE HAVING A WORKOUT, I THINK ALL OF US RELATE TO THAT...THAT'S SOMETHING WE ALL NEED TO SETTLE WITH THE BULL**** IN OUR LIVES. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!
I THINK WHAT YOU NEED IS A NICE BOOSIE, MAYBE A 5'7 LATINA GIRL WITH A NICE FAT BOOTY FOR YOU TO GRAB FROM BEHIND AND REALLY GET YOUR DICK WET AND RED FROM A GOOD **** SESSION. REALLY THOUGH I THINK YOU JUST NEED TO GET LAID, DOESN'T MATTER WHO, AS LONG AS IT'S CONSENSUAL AND HOPEFULLY YOU DON'T PAY FOR IT, GETTING LAID FIXES A LOT OF PROBLEMS BRO! GO FOR IT, SPARK UP A CONVERSATION WITH THE NEXT HOT BITCH EYEING YOUR COCK AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

Is this the inner thigh tear? Has it healed at all? If not go to a doctor and get a physical therapy recommendation. If it's mostly healed but you still feel that you might be ****ed up, go to a doctor anyway and embelish your problem a little and he'll still give you a physical therapy rec. Depending on your insurance, you'll pay like 40 a session, and you'll go once a week for about 6 weeks.
